*NOTE: EACH ITEM IS UNIQUE AND MADE TO ORDER. Products will be similar but not identical to the items pictured on the Bella’s Bloom website.
- Each item (sea shell, planter, air plant, etc.) is unique and may vary slightly in shape, size, and color from the one pictured.
- Each plant is unique with slight variation. Plant may or may not be in bloom. We do not sell air plants that have already bloomed.
- Each planter and terrarium is made to order. Processing time for all "made to order" products can take up to 6 weeks.
- Each ornament is unique and includes a random selection of dried flowers. This is a natural product with slight variation in color.
SHIPPING
All orders will ship within 3-10 business days from when the order was placed. Exceptions includes preorders, backorders, or items that are made to order. Additional processing time may be required during Sale or Promotional periods due to above average order volume. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If your order requires additional information to fully process, we will be in touch by email.
If you need your order urgently, please message us at bellasbloomshop@gmail.com so we can push your order up or upgrade your shipping (additional cost applied).
Shipping will be through USPS, UPS, or FedEx and a tracking number will be provided within the US. We cannot ship live air plants to Hawaii or Internationally due to agricultural regulations. Under Chapter 70, Hawaii Administrative Rules of the Division of Plant Industry, Department of Agriculture, a permit (https://hdoa.hawaii.gov/pi/files/2012/12/pq-7_fillable.pdf) is required by the buyer or importer for any air plant or tillandsia.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must have been defective or damaged during transit. We require a photo (with date stamp) of the damaged item and/or packaging and proof of purchase or receipt. Please email required information to bellasbloomshop@gmail.com with the subject line RETURN/REPLACEMENT.
